Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through your authentication provider.
Bill Data: When you upload a bill, we process the image or PDF to extract billing information. Bill images are processed securely and are not permanently stored after analysis is complete.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data to improve the Service, including pages visited and features used.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, generate bill negotiation scripts, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions, authentication providers (Clerk) for account management, and AI providers to generate negotiation scripts (bill content only, no personal identifiers).
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting PaylessApp@mail.com. You may delete your account and all associated data through your account settings.
